Overview

Voxer is not just an audio messaging app. Text messaging is core to trust on Voxer — it's where clarifications happen and issues get resolved.

But once a message was sent, it was permanent.

Users were unable to fix typos or send a correction. This created cognitive load in long threads and confusion in back and forth conversations.
