THE CHALLENGE
To redesign 4240's website to showcase different typologies using visual navigation.
To deliver 4240's content in a way that was exciting and compelling for the visitor.

APPROACH
Instead of the traditional slideshow of images, we tried creating a story of images that collaged together and would give the visitor an overall sense of quality, materiality, and space. In order to create groupings of different project types, we created a hover command that grayed out projects not within the project typology category. Upon clicking you are directed to a page of that project typology and can select the individual project.
RESULTS
The owners of our firm were very happy with the results in a short timeline.
The website won Website of the Year at SMPS Colorado.
